California PERS - Deduction Authorization
New members or existing members can elect to have PERS deduct $4 per month for their RPOAC dues. If you are a new member you must have received at least 2 pay checks from PERS for them to recognize you as retired. If you are a current member you can have the auto deduction start by filling out the form below and mailing it to our office.Below is the "AUTHORIZATION TO DEDUCT ASSOCIATION DUES FROM RETIREMENT ALLOWANCES" Form. If you want to start the dues deductions, you will need to print and fill out the form and mail it to RPOAC, P.O. BOX 1239, COLFAX, CA. 95713. This is only available for PERS retirement at this time.
